Feature act: OTIS NAMRELL TRIO

OTIS NAMRELL is a 23-year-old Blues and Southern Rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter based in Melbourne. Originally from the Northern Rivers in NSW, Otis spent his teenage years crafting a unique and innovative approach to Bues guitar, blending elements of Jazz, Swamp Rock, Country, and Psychedelic Rock into his distinctive style.

Since heading South, he has launched himself as an upcoming standout in Melbourne's Blues scene, regularly showcasing at venues like the Hume Blues Club and Elwood Blues Club, while continuing to build his following nation-wide with performances at Agnes Blues & Roots Festival, Mitchell Creek Rock & Blues Festival and the St Kilda Blues Festival. Whether as a solo act, or in trio formation, Oscar Namrell shows consistently captivate audiences with a rare combination of electrifying performances, technical virtuosity, heartfelt emotion and innate charisma. The Oscar Namrell Trio are making their debut as feature act at the MBAS House of Blues.
