ANNUAL MBAS BLUES CHALLENGE FINAL
Combined SOLO/DUO & BAND Divisions:

Kitchen open for meal service 4:00pm – 8:30pm
An exciting Blues Challenge FINAL featuring 8 top local Blues acts:
• JOSHUA BATTEN (Solo/Duo)
• KALIOPI & THE BLUES MESSENGERS (Band)
• MATT KATSIS (Solo/Duo)
• NARDIA (Band)
• NICK CHARLES (Solo/Duo)
• ZEVON LEE BLUES TRIO (Band)
• DAMON SMITH (Solo/Duo)
• JOHN WILLIAMS BLUES TRIO (Band)
• Each act performs a 20 minute set with 15 minute changeovers.
• A top-scoring SOLO/DUO act and a top-scoring BAND will be the TWO winning acts who will compete at the International Blues Challenge (IBC) in January 2025, representing the MBAS in both the BAND and SOLO/DUO Divisions!
• BOTH winning acts will go to Memphis USA with travel and accom expenses paid by MBAS valued at $5,000 PER MUSICIAN.
• Proudly supported by PBS 106.7FM ($1,500 On-air promo prize to BAND Category Winner) and THE OAK TREE TAVERN ($500 Cash prize to SOLO/DUO Category Winner)
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR TABLE BOOKINGS:
• ALLOCATED TABLE SEATING IS STRICTLY LIMITED UNTIL SOLD OUT.
• STANDING ROOM TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE DOOR.
• RESERVED TABLE SEATING WILL NOT BE HELD AFTER 4:00pm START TIME. Empty seating after start time will be offered to walkups.

TICKETS: $40 / $35 MBAS Members (valid current MBAS Membership number must be provided)
CANCELLATIONS: Our venue table seating capacity is strictly limited, and there is high demand for this event, so if after booking, you (or members of your booking party) are subsequently unable to attend the event, please advise us so we can release those spots and make them available to others. Notify any cancellations ASAP via replying to your event confirmation email or
REFUNDS: ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ON REQUEST, WITH AT LEAST 24HRS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.
PREFERRED SEATING: We will do our best to accommodate any preferred seating requests, subject to availability, table numbers and layout plan on the day.
MEALS: To assist with kitchen catering, please indicate if you intend to purchase a meal on the day (kitchen open 4:00pm - 8:30pm).
NOTE: Food/snacks of any kind are NOT permitted to be brought into the venue.
