Women 'N' Blues

Blues music fans are invited to come along to support our up-and-coming Blueswomen as they join together to present themselves live onstage, performing as both solo and in groups, a selection of Blues tunes showcasing a month of learning from the MBAS Women 'N' Blues Program.

$10 ENTRY – ALL WELCOME.

The 2021 Annual MBAS Women 'N' Blues Program is run over a 4 Sundays in March and co-ordinated and mentored by multi award-winning, esteemed local Blues artist, ANDREA MARR – with guest Blueswomen along with various guest presenters – all sharing their blues knowledge and performance knowhow. MBAS Women ‘N’ Blues celebrates an important historical, longstanding connection with WOMEN AND BLUES! The MBAS Women 'N' Blues Program is an inclusive, safe, supportive, social learning environment for women of all ages, stages and musical abilities, who have an interest in performing Blues music. The Program culminates in a feature Performance Showcase Finalé for all participants and open to the public.
